Care Solutions for You and Your Loved Ones
PCT Care Services Ltd is a private care service dedicated to supporting the needs of people with a disability or illness and families or individuals requiring a helping hand.
PCT Care Services Ltd is committed to helping people live independently in their own home with dignity and comfort, and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional home care.
Our personalised Home Care Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year long throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk, supporting people of all ages and needs.
All of our carers are employees of PCT Care Services Ltd. They are thoroughly screened, and trained and we perform extensive reference and criminal background checks. They must come to us with impeccable references. As employees of PCT Care Services Ltd, our carers are committed, highly qualified and carefully selected individuals. Most importantly they are dependable, warm and caring people. We choose only the people that we would want taking care of our own families.
We are privileged to be able to offer a range of services supported by Volunteers.
These services are subject to the availability of the wonderful people that volunteer their time freely.
Volunteers do not provide personal care or nursing care, but they can help with:
Gardening. You may need someone to share the harder tasks so that you can still enjoy your garden.
Driving. Volunteers can be a lifeline enabling you to get to appointments or just out of the house. (there is a £0.45 pence per mile charge made that is directly payable to the volunteer).
Companionship. Having someone to share a cup of tea with in your garden, in front of the fire or in your favourite tea shop, makes a world of difference either on a regular basis or times when it just helps to have someone there.
Small jobs around the house. We don’t expect our volunteers to rebuild your home but there are always jobs that need doing (there may be a charge for materials but all our time is given freely).
Walks. It does us good to keep active and enjoy getting out for a walk and having someone to come along can be reassuring at times. If you have a dog it may be useful to have a helping hand when you take them out.
Pets. Looking after your beloved pet can become impossible and the thought of loosing your companion, heart breaking, but with a little help you can remain together.
Bereavement. We have a number of staff and volunteers who are trained in bereavement support and are happy to give you their time to help you and your family.
Help to arrange a birthday party, dinner with friends or visits to see family or friends.
If we can help we will, so please never worry about asking.
